Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme

Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme

Women's rights have always been suppressed in our country. People living in rural areas in India give more importance to boys than girls. They believe that boys will take their families forward and earn money for their families, while little girls are their only liability. Because of this, their families kill the girl child at the time of her birth, Or they are married at a young age. To prevent such crimes, the central government of the country has started a scheme, under which daughters of poor families are saved and encouraged to educate them.
